DURAFLAP makes Custom designed mud flaps for Motorhomes
 
Mudflaps come With a 14 gauge Galvanized Backing plate with a reinforcement bend to give extra strength and protection against road hazards, and for use as a drag lip while going up steep inclines.
 
Custom designs are cut into 14 gauge stainless steel.
 
Your choice of Mirror quality shine or brushed satin finish.
 
Your stainless steel weight can have whatever design you want cut into it.
 
The mudflap is water jet cut from 3/8” thick Double reinforced rubber. The water jet cutting allows for curved corners instead of straight corners, reducing the tearing that may occur at sharp corners.
  
You tell us what you want, and we will design it. If you have a logo or artwork you want to use, send it to us, and we will get it ready for cutting. There is no charge for this design work.

We also make custom sized mud flaps that will help protect your motor home under carriage, as well as your tow vehicle.

To measure for the height of your mudflap:

1. Park on level ground and set your motorhome to the height for driving.

2. Find the hanging point for your mudflap.
(Each motorhome chassis is different, and we rely on you to find points that the mudflap may hang from)
 
3. Measure from the hanging point
To the ground. Subtract 8 inches. This is the height you want your mudflap to be.
This will leave 5 inches for the swing and 3 inches between the mudflap and the ground.

 
To measure the spread for the hanging apparatus:
 
Find the center of your coach.
 
Measure from the center, out to  the hanging points. This is the spread.
 
We are now able to pre-drill the holes in your mounting bracket to line up with the hanging points on your coach.
